Fire damaged home. Insurance has set price quote. We decided to upgrade most items at no additonal cost. Wanted to make customer happy. Some add-ons outside this estimate will effect final cost. Wanted to give customers the best product we could afford. Bar-None Construction changed the layout of this home to make it more usable and presentable.

A special day in Winlock Washington as Bar-None had a big part of The Veterans Day Parade where we got to meet and sponsor vets in the good ole USA. After a grueling 50 hour week we couldn't wait to be a part of this event. Many of the our team are vets or are currently serving. We also proudly contribute to The Wounded Warrior Project. Anything, Anytime, Anywhere...Bar-none!!!

We had 15-16" of snow fall and 1/4" of freeze which had trees falling down left and right. This 100 year old maple was measured at aprox 8 foot at the very base and was easily 90 feet tall. It took 6 men and extreme talent to bring it down without mishap. Had to avoid power lines, residential road, and a 1910 Craftsman style home...What a project. This tree was wrapped in huge 3-5" round vines and the largest Rhodedendron I have ever witnessed at aprox 14 foot tall at 25 foot round. This was was one mean tree project!! Also several other trees, shrubs and limbs scattered around the home. One side of a 100 plus foot tall fir had lost 80% of its limbs on the home side. Also removed a 40 plus feet of 6' tall x5' wide hedges that were damaged. This could have been a home shattering experience for sure. 17 each 15' dump trailer loads and 6-8 saw blades were gone through as well. 3 each 12 yard dump truck loads of gravel to cover a 2,300 sq ft area of 10-12" deep mud was brought in at the end. Clean the road out front and mission complete!
